I was hosting a housewarming party and invited 25 friends to come over. I hired Marc to make me a few appetizers to serve to my guests. Marc made the following: Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella with a Balsamic Glaze, Crostinis with Gorgonzola, Honey, Roasted Yellow Peppers and Basil Oil, Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Garlic Dipping Sauce, and Shrimp Bruschetta with Arugula and Tarragon. The dishes were simply amazing! Everyone raved about how good the appetizers were and the portions that Marc had suggested were spot on. I had never thought to hire a personal chef for a party before, but will definitely have Marc cater my next event.
